Low Fat Cole Slaw Recipe


Ingredients
* 1 small cabbage, grated
* 3 carrots, grated
* 1 small onion, grated
* 1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
* 1 tablespoon white vinegar
* 2 packages sweetener (Splenda, Sweet'N Low or SugarTwin)
* 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light

Directions
Grate cabbage, carrots, and onion. Chop bell pepper. Mix All ingredients well. Chill before serving.
Note: If you have a food processor, you can chop all ingredients in large chunks and mix in processor. Pulse processor until all ingredients are about 1/4 inch in size.
