Low Fat Potato Salad Recipe


Ingredients
* 6 cups red potatoes, unpeeled
* 1/2 cup red onion, diced
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon celery seed
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
* 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
* 1 cup fat-free sour cream
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Boil unpeeled whole potatoes until tender. Cool and cut into bite sized chunks.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and add to potatoes. Mix well.
Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
