Low Fat Barbecue Meatballs Recipe


Ingredients
* 1 pound lean ground chuck
* 1/2 cup skim milk
* 1 medium onion, finely chopped
* salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup diet (lite) catsup
* 2 Tbsp. minced green peppers
* 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
* 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
* 1 Tbsp. minced onion
* 1 and 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
* 2 packs sugar substitute (Splenda, Sweet'N Low or SugarTwin)

Directions
1. Mix meat, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Roll into balls with palms of hands.
2. Broil until brown (approximately 15 minutes). Watch closely after 10-12 minutes.
SAUCE:
1. To make sauce: mix catsup, green pepper, mustard and vinegar. Add minced onion, Worcestershire Sauce and sugar substitute. Pour over meatballs.
2. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
