Low Fat Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe


Here's a low fat chicken recipe that is quick and easy...and it is so yummy.

Ingredients
* 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 3 tablespoons low salt soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon fresh, grated ginger (substitute ginger powder if fresh unavailable)
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon catsup
* 1/4 cup garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken to make glaze sauce.
2. Brush sauce generously on one side of chicken breasts. Place on a foil lined pan and broil in oven for 5 minutes.
3. Turn chicken over and brush other side with remaining sauce.
4. Broil for 3-5 minutes longer.
5. Cut into the thickest part of one chicken breast and check if done. If pink or red, continue cooking and checking until done.
