Low Fat Ham Salad Recipe


Ingredients
* 2 cups cooked, lean ham, cubed
* 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
* 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
* 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, in own juice
* 1 can water chestnuts
* 1 cup Lite Miracle Whip (Use Smart Balance Omega Plus Lite Mayonnaise, if available)
* 1/2 cup fat free cheese, grated

Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
