Low Fat Spicy Frys Recipe


Ingredients
* 4-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
* Smart Balance Non-fat cooking spray
* 4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (see note below)
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 tablespoons Smart Balance Spread (margarine), melted

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Peel potatoes and cut into lengthwise wedges.
3. Melt margarine. Brush potatoes with melted margarine.
4. Place potatoes into a gallon size freezer bag.
5. Combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Add spices to bag with potatoes. Shake bag until potatoes are coated with spices.
5. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Spread potatoes on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 50 minutes or until potatoes are browned. Turn potatoes occasionally while baking.
Note: You may substitute 3 teaspoons chili powder and 2 teaspoons garlic powder for Cajun Seasoning.
