Low Fat Egg Salad Recipe


Ingredients
* 4 hard boiled egg whites
* 1 tablespoon fat-free ranch dressing
* 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
* 1 teaspoon (hot dog) pickle relish
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 pkg. sweetener (Splenda, Sweet'N Low or SugarTwin)
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Boil 4 eggs. Remove the yokes, chop the whites (do not include the yolks).
2. Add remaining ingredients to chopped egg whites. Mix well.
Chill before serving
