Yummy barbecue chicken that is easy to make and easy on the calories.
Ingredients
* 2 to 4 skinless, boneless Chicken breast* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 can tomato juice
* 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* low cal sweetener, to taste (Stevia, Splenda, Sweet'N Low)
* 1/4 cup white vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken and olive oil, to make barbecue sauce. Set aside.2. Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet. Brown chicken lightly on both sides in the olive oil (about 3-5 minutes)
3. Add sauce to cover chicken and simmer another 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve hot.
